Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) here would like to inform the public that the Department has not released a text message warning the public on individuals allegedly related to Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) roaming around the region spreading AIDS virus through injections in a form of insulin.

The text message asks the public to inform the police in case that they encounter individuals who offer free blood sugar testing.
