Job Description:
The Social Welfare Officer III provides overall technical supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the CIS SWAD composed of SWO II, SWO I, AA II, AA I, SWAIDE to ensure efficient and effective program implementation/operation.

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the operations of the CIS SWAD Team;
• Supervise and monitor implementation of approved activities as scheduled in the Work and Financial Plan;
• Provide technical assistance through consultation, meetings, dialogues, and case conferences to the CIS SWAD-Team in meeting the procedural guidelines of the program;
• Monitor and ensures the compliance of LGUs and partners on the offsite payout requirements of the program;
• Oversee the smooth operation of onsite and offsite payout;
• Consolidate and provide inputs on the accomplishments and issues/concerns/challenges and gaps submitted by the Social Welfare Officers.
• Provide technical supervision in the implementation of programs and procedures of the Team;
• Ensure close coordination with key partners, LGUs, and other stakeholders to facilitate the requirements of the program;
• Represent the Team in inter-agency and inter-office meetings, committee meetings, conferences, and other social-work-related activities as may be delegated;
• Review financial plans and periodic reports;
• Participate in the off site payouts, when needed;
• Participating in training, supervision, and meetings; and
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
