Job Description:
The Project Development Officer II (Technical monitor) monitors the provincial implementation vis-à-vis targets and timelines.

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Closely coordinate with the provincial focals and provides technical assistance on the implementation of the program in adherence to the program targets and timelines
• Provide second level review of pre and post documents received from the SWAD.
• Ensure regular monitoring of the projects being implemented. Validates and review of Success story/good practice.
• Review, analyze and provide comments/inputs on accomplishment reports received from the provincial focals.
• Enhance and/or develop tools for monitoring of projects and activities.
• Maintain the program database, analyze data and report generation.
• Review of project proposals
• Perform other related tasks as may be deemed necessary.
