Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant II performs administrative and clerical functions for the achievement of the goals of the program. The Administrative Assistant II facilitates the routing of incoming and outgoing communications and documents, e.g., vouchers, TEVs, DTRs, leaves and proposals.

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate routing of incoming and outgoing communications and documents;
• Encode communications, vouchers, TEVs, and proposals;
• Perform administrative support and clerical functions;
• Assist in coordinating the general services functions;
• Accomplish performance commitment and appraisal; and
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
