The Department of Social Welfare and Development – Field Office Cordillera Administrative Region (DSWD FOCAR) has concluded orientation on i-Registro for F1KD strategy of 4Ps across all municipalities in Mountain Province and Kalinga.
The orientation, spearheaded by the National Household Targeting Section (NHTS) or Listahanan, aims to bolster the implementation of the First 1,000 Days (F1KD) strategy of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) through the utilization of i-Registro – a complementary digital platform that 4Ps beneficiaries can use to update their household information, particularly in registering pregnant and children aged 0-24 months.
“The i-Registro is a cost-efficient and faster option for beneficiaries to update their household information. This will serve as the basis for providing additional cash assistance amounting to ₱350.00 per eligible beneficiary under the F1KD strategy, which is designed to reinforce positive health-seeking behaviors among 4Ps households,” emphasized by Ms. Shirley N. Claver, Listahanan Statistician II, during the series of activities. “By encouraging early and consistent access to health and nutrition services, the strategy aims to ensure the healthy development of children during their most formative years.”
Beneficiaries of 4Ps who wish to update their information using the platform must be at least 18 years old, possess a PhilSys or National ID, have a mobile device with camera, and have a strong internet connection. They should also be ready with supporting documents to be uploaded into the system, such as a medical certificate for updating pregnancy status and a birth certificate for children aged 0–24 months. The i-Registro platform can be accessed online at https://iregistro-4ps.dswd.gov.ph.
The i-Registro campaign is one of the Department’s continuing efforts to integrate digital solutions into its social protection programs and to strengthen localized interventions that support maternal and child health across the country.
