The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of DSWD Field Office CAR, recognized its partners from the National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) during its 2nd Partnership Gathering held on 22 November 2024 at the Newtown Plaza, Convention Center, Baguio City.
With the theme, 4Ps Pagpupugay 2024: Pagbibigay Parangal, at Pagkilala sa mga Kaagapay ng Programa, the 4Ps Partnership Gathering underscores the importance of collaboration and commitment for the effective delivery of programs, projects, and activities for the 4Ps household beneficiaries in the region.
A total of 27 NGAs, 14 LGUs, and 15 CSOs and RIMC members received plaque of recognition for their unwavering support and commitment helpful in the effective implementation of the program which contributed to the sustainability of beneficiaries’ level of well-being.
“This momentous occasion reflects our profound gratitude and admiration for the individuals and partners who have gone above and beyond their commitment to this cause. Our partners have been our constant allies, providing critical services, policy guidance, and continued support to help us meet the diverse needs of our beneficiaries. Every effort, no matter how small, has a ripple effect that transforms lives and communities,” DSWD FO FOCAR Assistant Regional Director for Operations Enrique H. Gascon, Jr. said in his opening message.
This year’s edition was graced by Keynote Speaker Director Rosalie D. Dagulo, 4Ps Deputy Program Manager for Program Services & Interventions from the 4Ps National Program Management Office represented by Ceprian Oliver Agbon, the Division Chief of the Social Services Delivery and Management Division (SSDMD).
“These remarkable achievements of 4Ps in the countryside could have never been possible without the indispensable contributions, dedication, and active support of the partners from the local government units, national government agencies, the civil society organizations, and other stakeholders. Your invaluable contributions as partners in the implementation of 4Ps have empowered communities and transformed lives. Let us continue to work together to create a self-sufficient future for our 4Ps beneficiaries and ensure that no one is left behind,” Director Dagulo said as read by SSDMD Chief Agbon. Now on its 2nd year, the 4Ps Partnership Gathering recognizes the valuable contributions of partners that have demonstrated exemplary initiatives, practices, and innovative approaches in support to the implementation of 4Ps at the local level. ### DSWD-CAR Social Marketing Unit – Marlo C.
