Rowena Andallo, 41 years old and a mother of five, applies her motherly touch with the right amount of pressure to bring relaxation to her client. Rowena is one of the 9 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program beneficiaries and Sustainable Livelihood Program participants of Brgy. Villa Mercedes, San Quintin, Abra Province. Rowena availed of the skills training provided by the Department, LGU of San Quintin and TESDA. She is now undergoing her practicum as part of the training. Rowena sees the skill in massage therapy as a tool to help her husband who is a farmer in providing for the needs of their family.
